On the Club Prairie Fire podcast, Yuvraj Singh shared a funny anecdote where his actress girlfriend left him no choice but to wear slip-ons to the airport. During the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Yuvraj was dating an actress who was shooting in Adelaide.
Even though Yuvraj had forbidden her from meeting him during the ongoing series, she visited him in Canberra.
“I told her, ‘Listen, let’s not meet for a while because I am touring Australia and I need to concentrate.’ She actually came with me to Canberra on the bus. In the two Test matches, I didn’t score many runs. And I asked, ‘What are you doing here?’ And she said, ‘I want to spend time with you’,” Yuvraj said, as per Times of India.
